Mass start timer

History
This list logs all time stamps made for this race at this location. It logs each tap on any timer button, including button undo's. This allows the race manager to make corrections later. This list is cleared when the Race Manager resets all time stamps.
Re-submit history is a manual option to force sending the timing history to the Dashboard. Under normal reconnecting you shouldn't need it. Use it when you're connected and when the timing data here is not visible in the Dashboard. Additionally, you can also download timer data to a file for backup
