Mass start timer

History
This list logs all time stamps made for this race at this location. It logs each tap on any timer button, including button undo's. This allows the race manager to make corrections later. This list is cleared when the Race Manager resets all time stamps.
Re-submit History
Re-submit history is a manual backup option to send the above list to the Timer Dashboard again. Under normal disconnected/reconnected situations you won't need it. Only Re-submit when internet connectivity is up and when the timing information in this list is not visible in the Dashboard.
